Cabbage Paneer Dry curry

Cabbage and paneer cooked dry, with minimal spices

Recipe:

In a 2L magic pot, layer as below

Layer 1: 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp water

Layer 2: 250 gms chopped cabbage

Layer 3: 200 gms chopped paneer mixed with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp (tawa masala, red chilly powder, coriander powder, jeera powder).

Cook on high for 3 whistles (5 minutes). Release pressure. Mix well.

Replace / Supplement:

Tawa masala with garam masala / tikka masala / tandoori masala.
